Job Summary
Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance and elevate client-centric service in a high-energy tanning-salon environment. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example in all operations, coach and train Team Members, generate sales reports, manage inventory, assist with top-line revenue and expenses, and optimize staffing to maximize productivity and customer service while controlling labor costs. The role requires coaching and mentoring, strong leadership, the ability to schedule and prioritize, and availability to work five days per week including nights and weekends to provide management coverage. Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a focus on building a professional, clean salon environment are essential.
