Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in directing daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant while ensuring compliance with company standards in areas such as customer service, product preparation, and financial accountability. Key responsibilities include selecting, training, and coaching employees, driving customer-focused culture, managing operational tasks like scheduling and inventory, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The role requires effective communication, accountability, a customer-first attitude, and commitment to operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) required
- Minimum of one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Additional Requirements
- May be required to travel to other locations, e.g., assist in other restaurants, bank, meetings as business dictates
