Onboard and develop a team of sales associates focused on assisting members with health and fitness goals. Educate staff on sales techniques and relationship building to drive new memberships and support the General Manager in daily club oversight. This role involves complete ownership of the new member experience and requires demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals. Required Qualifications
- Previous sales experience
