Job Summary
Lead operations at Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q with a hands-on style of leadership, managing drive-thru experience and ensuring standard-driven delivery of food, value, and customer service. Taste and handle all menu offerings while maintaining high-quality products and well-maintained facilities. Work a five-day week on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with shifts typically running from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., requiring extended time on your feet and the ability to lift 50 lbs. from the ground. Earn a base salary up to $65,000 on day one with robust benefits including M/D/V/STD, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off in the first year, plus huge bonus potential based on top-line sales growth.
