Job Summary
Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and foster teamwork while supervising non-management associates and coaching shift supervisors. Competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager, ensuring company policies, brand standards, and clean, inviting store environments are maintained. Address customer needs, resolve issues, manage accurate cash processing, and perform spot inventory counts. Motivate staff during low morale periods and address operational issues timely. Requires 2+ years in quick service restaurant management, flexible scheduling, and ability to lift over 30 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2* Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs
- Must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager
