Job Summary
Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and foster teamwork while supervising non-management associates and coaching shift supervisors. Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly by addressing issues timely, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring accurate cash management and inventory counts. Motivate staff during low morale periods and resolve customer needs to build long-term relationships. Competently perform duties in the absence of the General Manager. Requires 2+ years in quick service restaurant management, flexible scheduling, and basic food safety knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- 2* Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs
- Must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager
