Job Summary
Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and foster teamwork while supervising non-management associates and coaching shift supervisors. Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly, including accurate cash management, daily spot inventory counts, and adherence to brand standards for cleanliness and customer experience. Address issues timely, resolve customer needs, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. This role supports the General Manager in managing store-level performance across Applegreen USA's travel plazas.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
- 2* Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- Flexible and open work schedule
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs
