Job Summary
Lead the team to deliver top-quality food and outstanding guest experiences while assisting the GM in managing financials to meet goals. Coach and support staff, uphold core values of Hospitality, Authenticity, Quality, Fun, and Courage, and inspire enthusiasm among the team. Manage sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks, utilizing scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification to maintain operations. Requires 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment with strong English communication skills. Salary ranges from CAD $60,100 to $70,400 per year.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years restaurant management experience in a similar high-volume environment
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Experience managing sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks
- Previous scheduling experience
- Smart Serve Certification
