Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of the Scenter with an emphasis on critical KPIs including labor efficiency, ticket price, and rebook ratios. Drive membership sales through health and wellness education while maintaining a knowledgeable team that prioritizes dog wellness and safety. Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and performance reviews to employees, conducting audits to uphold quality standards and sanitary practices. Resolve customer concerns, manage client expectations, and ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times. Communicate information from upper management, identify staffing needs, and create an environment conducive to teamwork and Scenthound values. This role offers a direct career growth path to Regional or Area Management positions.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience
- Customer service experience (retail, restaurant)
- Strength to lift up to 70 pounds
- Stamina to stand for long periods of time
