Assistant General Manager | Sales / Operations/Training Manager

Job Summary
Conduct new hire training for front desk and service providers, manage sales associate schedules, and oversee membership retention. Execute organizational standards by maintaining an impeccable, clean studio and ensuring all policies are followed. Lead the team through ongoing coaching, role-playing, and monthly evaluations while driving personal, team, and individual sales goals. Create and implement social media strategies across platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and respond to all client reviews. Manage inventory, cash flow, and retail sales to achieve studio revenue targets. Work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with on-call availability seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager
- Must have a Cosmo or Esti license
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have flexibility to be on call 7 days a week all operational hours
- Competent trainer and motivator
- Customer Service oriented
- Highly organized and able to multi task in a fast-paced emotional environment
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals and delegate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver and be three steps ahead in all situations
- Strong project and goal management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have flexibility to be on call 7 days a week all operational hours
- Competent trainer and motivator
