Job Summary
Control day-to-day venue operations, including staffing levels, P&L management, inventory control, and safe audits. Maintain professional standards for cleanliness, uniforms, and guest service while overseeing third-party vendor contracts and entertainment. Recruit, interview, train, and manage supervisory and hourly team members, including disciplinary actions. Complete financial and payroll administrative duties accurately. Ensure a safe working environment and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years leadership experience in a fast paced hospitality food and beverage environment
- proven ability to thrive in such environment
- Good people management skills
- communication and listening skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and communicate efficiently, both verbally and in writing
- Must be flexible and adaptable to change
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Moving safely and efficiently about the facilities
