Job Summary
Conduct daily in-studio coverage across four shifts, cycling with the General Manager to ensure continuous presence. Manage Axle CRM and studio communications, responding to all leads and member inquiries with a solution-oriented approach. Execute grassroots marketing by attending external and in-studio events, sourcing dynamic content for social media, and maintaining partnership spreadsheets. Teach 8-12 Pilates classes weekly while overseeing retail inventory, equipment maintenance, and instructor evaluations. Serve as the primary lead for client retention, monitoring churn data and implementing member-save strategies. Support the General Manager in driving revenue, managing new location presales, and upholding brand standards across the Maryland and Virginia studio network.
Required Qualifications
- Four days per week in-studio presence
- One early morning shift
- One mid-day shift
- One evening shift
- One weekend shift
- Daily coverage of Axle (CRM) and the studio info box
- Ability to answer all Axle messages, texts, and calls daily
- Ability to provide timely, professional, solution-oriented responses to all leads and member inquiries
- Ability to work AGM-owned Axle buckets each day
- Present at all grassroots events
- Ability to execute a minimum of two lead generating (external) events per quarter
- Ability to execute one in-studio member event per quarter
- Ability to conduct four partnership touchpoint outreaches per week
- Ability to input every partnership contact into the pod partnership spreadsheet
- Ability to keep the grassroots marketing spreadsheet up to date
- Ability to capture and source dynamic content during studio events
- Ability to supply the social media team with high-engagement assets
- Ability to assist the General Manager with the sales funnel
- Ability to identify conversion gaps
- Ability to execute localized initiatives to exceed monthly revenue and budget targets
- Ability to manage retail and supply inventory
- Ability to ensure all reformer equipment is maintained to the highest safety and aesthetic standards
- Ability to teach 8-12 in-person Pilates classes per week
- Ability to teach open houses or workshops per week
- Ability to deliver high-energy, brand-consistent in-studio reformer classes
- Ability to partner with the GM on regular instructor evaluations
- Ability to deliver actionable feedback to ensure the RTR Instruction Standard is delivered consistently
- Ability to serve as the primary lead for the studio's communication hubs (email and CRM)
- Ability to deliver the RTR Hospitality Way in every interaction
- Ability to monitor churn data
- Ability to execute member-save strategies to re-engage at-risk clients
- Ability to build long-term loyalty
- Ability to champion RTR's mission and core values
- Ability to foster an inclusive, high-energy environment for staff and clients
- Ability to ensure strict adherence to brand standards and studio culture
- Ability to execute grassroots marketing blitzes for new locations
- Ability to conduct community partnerships and local events in new markets
- Ability to staff pop-ups and launch events as scheduled
- Ability to establish the RTR Hospitality Way and brand standard from a new studio's first day
- Ability to work presale leads in Axle
- Ability to hold weekly scorecard metrics including partnership touchpoints, event execution, and spreadsheet upkeep
