Job Summary
Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house shifts, coach and develop staff, manage cash and stock procedures, create rotas, support recruitment and training, drive service standards, oversee events and promotions, and ensure licensing, health & safety and food hygiene compliance in a busy event-led pub. Must bring hands-on leadership, strong people skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy shifts; right to work in the UK; availability for evenings, weekends and event shifts. Desirable experience includes live-music programming, EPOS familiarity, and hospitality qualifications.
Required Qualifications
