Job Summary
As Assistant Manager, support the General Manager to deliver excellent, consistent service and smooth day-to-day operations. Act as role model for the team, support training and development, and help maintain brand and safety standards. Lead in GM’s absence, ensure high standards across the venue, coach and develop the team, manage rotas and recruitment, oversee cash handling and stock control, uphold licensing, health & safety and food-hygiene standards, and assist with local events and community activities to drive trade.

- Management or supervisory experience in pubs, bars or casual dining
