Job Summary
Assist in leading a boutique fitness studio by driving membership and retail sales, coaching Sales Associates, and coordinating with the General Manager to ensure high-quality guest experiences. Responsibilities include executing lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing, implementing a sales process to enroll prospects into introductory classes, driving revenue through memberships and retail, coordinating private training bookings and teacher training enrollments, scheduling and staffing, maintaining accurate inventory, training and supporting Sales Associates, resolving client service issues, collecting dues, maintaining studio organization, enforcing policies, and participating in community events and marketing campaigns. Requires fluent English, strong communication and interpersonal skills, sales ability, proficiency with studio software, exceptional organization, confidentiality handling, and the ability to work weekends/evenings in Daly City, CA. Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Associates in transactions
- Ability to drive revenue through memberships and retail sales, private training bookings, and teacher training enrollments
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
- Strong organizational skills, data management, and deadline orientation
- Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and trustworthy with confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients, and the public
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes with good judgment
- Ability to execute lead generation and implement sales processes
- Experience with scheduling, staffing issues, and inventory management
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings

- Background in fitness or affinity for fitness environments
- Experience in customer service and studio operations
- Ability to manage or train staff and lead by example
