Job Summary
Assistant General Manager for a boutique fitness studio focused on leading sales and operations. Responsibilities include executing lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking, implementing a sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes, driving membership and retail sales through customer service, problem-solving staffing/scheduling issues with instructors, ensuring inventory accuracy for studio retail, training and supporting Sales Associates, making high-level customer-service decisions, collecting outstanding dues, maintaining studio cleanliness and organization, enforcing company policies, coordinating networking/community events and studio promotions, and supporting marketing campaigns to generate leads. Requires strong English communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, proficiency with computers and studio software, ability to manage data, and a dedication to fitness. Benefits include hourly wage of $20 with commission, health benefits, 401K, PTO, and growth potential. Locations: Eden Prairie, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (in person, telephone, email)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
- Sales experience and ability to train Sales Associates
- Ability to drive revenue through memberships, retail, private training bookings, and enrollments
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, diverse environment
