Job Summary
Assistant General Manager for a cannabis retail dispensary in Marlborough, MA. Responsible for executing the retail operations strategy, guiding the dispensary team, ensuring SOP compliance and MA state regulations (935 CMR), driving a high-quality customer experience, staff scheduling and development, collaborating with HR, Compliance, Marketing, and Security, overseeing inventory and loss prevention, and coordinating with other locations. Requires on-site leadership, availability nights/weekends, travel to other locations as needed, and obtaining a State Agent Card; must be 21+ with the ability to work in a regulated cannabis environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management in Cannabis
- Supervisory experience with 2-3 retail Leads is highly desired
- Must be available for nights and weekends
- Must be able to travel to other locations when necessary
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must obtain a State Agent Card
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must pass all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
