Job Summary
Model Restore's hospitality standards by delivering consistent, high-quality client service and proactively de-escalating concerns. Support membership engagement and retention while guiding staff on product expertise, sales strategies, and compliance. Assist the General Manager in achieving KPIs by setting daily goals and coaching team members through feedback. Ensure the studio remains clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding brand standards across all facility aspects. Partner with leadership to balance operations, training, and client experience to drive overall studio success.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience
- Proven success in sales and team leadership
- Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task and manage both client and staff needs
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
