Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in leading Burger Lounge operations with hands-on leadership on the floor, delivering exceptional hospitality, coaching and training the team, mastering the menu, and ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality. Support cash handling, inventory, cost control, and communications between BOH & FOH to keep service smooth; help with hiring, training, and scheduling to build a high-performing team; maintain a fun, clean, and positive work environment. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year restaurant leadership experience
