Job Summary
Conduct hands-on leadership by greeting guests, anticipating needs, and delivering top-tier hospitality while working the floor as a food presenter or expeditor. Coach and inspire the team to maintain high standards for safety, sanitation, and quality. Assist with cash handling, inventory, cost control, and hiring to keep operations efficient and profitable. Communicate seamlessly between back-of-house and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. Master the menu, including allergens and special requests, and maintain a fun, clean environment. Requires one year of restaurant leadership experience, a natural leadership style, and flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays. Includes a Food Handlers Card.
