Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at RDG's MILA concept in Miami Beach, overseeing daily operations, guest satisfaction, and staff development. Responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of food, beverage, and service, delivering friendly and professional guest interactions, proactively engaging with guests and members, handling guest requests and feedback with poise, resolving guest issues, understanding the Coconut Grove market, conducting service audits, ensuring safety, sanitation, and cleanliness, utilizing POS systems, training and developing staff, managing labor, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting annual P&L targets. Requires 5+ years of fine-dining/upscale luxury GM/AGM experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience with new openings and luxury dining standards, strong communication and time-management skills, ability to travel as needed, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Located in Miami, FL with potential location-based assignments; in-person work expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years fine dining/upscale luxury experience as a GM or AGM is required
- Previous experience with new openings and luxury dining service standards are required
