Job Summary
Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and foster teamwork while supervising non-management associates and coaching shift supervisors. Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly by addressing issues timely, maintaining brand standards, and enforcing company policies. Competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager, manage accurate cash processing, and resolve customer needs to build long-term relationships. Conduct spot inventory checks to ensure data accuracy and motivate staff during low morale periods. Requires 2+ years in QSR management, flexible schedule, and ability to lift over 30 lbs. Required Qualifications
- 2* Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs
- Must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager
