Job Summary

Assist in leading a hospitality team to deliver exceptional customer service and education about nutrient-rich recipes while ensuring a welcoming, clean environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing scheduling and labor allocation, guiding performance and coaching, collaborating with the General Manager on inventory and operational procedures, upholding food safety and sanitation standards, resolving guest issues, and promoting swift, friendly service. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; bilingual ability (English and Spanish) is a plus; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; and a High School Diploma or GED with additional college coursework preferred. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry
  • 2+ years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification required
  • Must be able to frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds
