Job Summary
Lead a team by example, delivering outstanding customer service while educating guests on health benefits and resolving issues efficiently. Manage inventory, labor allocation, and operational procedures in collaboration with the General Manager, establishing staffing plans for volume fluctuations. Direct staff on the floor, organize shifts, and supervise the expo station to ensure timely food delivery. Uphold strict food safety regulations and make employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, and coaching associates. Requires 2+ years of managerial experience in hospitality, bilingual proficiency, and local food handler certification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry
- 2+ years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification
- Must be able to frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of college
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish)
