Job Summary
Lead a team of exceptional individuals by demonstrating positivity, maintaining clear communication, and delivering outstanding customer service that resolves issues with efficiency. Motivate staff to surpass expectations while collaborating with the General Manager on inventory, labor allocation, and operational procedures. Establish staffing plans for volume fluctuations, organize shifts, and supervise operations on the floor to ensure smooth workflows and timely food delivery from the expo station. Uphold strict food safety regulations and manage employment decisions including hiring, coaching, and performance appraisals. Requires 2+ years of managerial experience in hospitality, bilingual proficiency, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry
- 2+ years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification
- Must be able to frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of college
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish)
