Job Summary
Assistant General Manager for a QSR restaurant overseeing a 40+ employee operation. Responsibilities include assisting in total store operations, leading a team to deliver guest-focused service and high product quality, hiring, training and developing staff, modeling excellent customer service, controlling expenses, ordering food and supplies, developing local store marketing initiatives, acting as a brand ambassador, driving sales, and building repeat business.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of QSR restaurant management experience
- Experience in the areas of team hiring, developing, motivating, team scheduling, productivity, food ordering system, store sanitation, cash management, sales building promotions, and excelling in customer service
- ServSafe certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
