Assistant General Manager - Production (Live Events)

Job Summary
Own end-to-end production delivery for BMS Live Events shows — from advance planning through load-out — across stadium concerts, multi-day festivals, and multi-city touring legs; serve as the single cross-functional POC for each show, coordinating Technical Production, Venue Construct, Infra & Logistics and Venue Operations; lead show-day command operations, safety protocols, and real-time troubleshooting; establish and improve production SOPs and runbooks; align production delivery with commercial and budget goals; manage Rider interpretation, vendor relationships, and onboarding; oversee venue construction, site operations, and intercity logistics; apply AI-assisted tools for rider analysis and runbooks; read and validate venue drawings and structural schematics; ensure regulatory permissions and crowd safety; manage budget accountability and post-show reconciliations.
Required Qualifications
- 16+ years of experience in live event production in India and internationally
- experience producing stadium concerts, multi-day festivals and multi-city touring shows
- deep working knowledge of the entire life cycle of production
- proven track record of executing international artist riders
- ability to brief unfamiliar local crew against international standards
- experience coordinating with structural engineers and safety inspectors
- multi-crore production budget accountability and post-show P&L reconciliation
