Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance. Provides opportunities to learn management skills, delivers performance feedback, sets goals, fosters teamwork, communicates business objectives, and coaches shifts supervisors. Responsible for supervising non-management associates, ensuring store-level operation performance, maintaining brand standards, managing cash handling, inventory accuracy, addressing customer needs, and maintaining cleanliness and inviting appearance. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required to motivate staff and uphold policies and procedures; role emphasizes developing staff and maintaining positive customer relationships. Flexible scheduling and equal opportunity workplace are noted.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
- Flexible and open work schedule
- Basic food safety understanding and practice
- Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs
