Assistant General Manager- Popeyes

Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth restaurant performance. Provides opportunities to learn management skills, delivers performance feedback, sets goals, fosters teamwork, communicates business objectives, and coaches shifts supervisors. Responsible for supervising non-management associates, ensuring store-level operation performance, maintaining brand standards, managing cash handling, inventory accuracy, addressing customer needs, and maintaining cleanliness and inviting appearance.
