Job Summary
Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies, standards, and procedures while monitoring alcohol beverage service and guest feedback. Manage budgeted goals, supervise staffing levels, and assist in daily shift operations including opening and closing. Handle guest complaints, monitor employee performance, and provide behavioral feedback. Supervise restaurant areas in the absence of the General Manager and communicate issues regarding food quality and service to the Chef and GM. Maintain proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms across all departments.
Required Qualifications
- at least 2-4 years of full-service restaurant management experience
