Job Summary
As an Assistant General Manager at Pizza Ranch, you will lead a team to deliver a legendary guest experience by assisting the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, driving store-level profitability, and maintaining high food quality and safety standards. You will train and develop staff, ensure exceptional guest service, manage scheduling and labor costs, and implement strategies to improve dining experience, reduce waste, and grow sales in both the restaurant and FunZone (where applicable). You will also engage with the local community and uphold Pizza Ranch standards on every shift, reporting to the General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (College Degree preferred)
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience required
- Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
- Effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills
- Passion for leading and developing people
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situations
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
