Job Summary
Assistant General Manager at Pizza Ranch leads daily restaurant operations and guest satisfaction, oversees a team to deliver a legendary dining experience, drives store profitability by controlling food and labor costs, trains and develops staff, maintains food quality and safety, maintains operational standards, and collaborates with the General Manager on strategies to improve dining experience, reduce waste, and grow sales (including responsibilities in FunZone where applicable). Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, multitasking, and ensuring Legendary guest service; requires 2-3 years of restaurant management and at least a high school diploma or GED with a college degree preferred.
