Job Summary
As Assistant General Manager, you will assist the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations and setting an example by following the Pizza Ranch Way. You will drive store-level profitability and sales by controlling food and labor costs, lead a team to deliver Legendary guest service, train and develop staff, maintain high food quality and safety standards, uphold operational standards, and build Community Engagement. You will respond to guest complaints promptly, work with the General Manager to improve the dining experience, minimize waste, and drive sales growth in the restaurant and FunZone (where applicable), while ensuring adherence to Pizza Ranch standards each shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience required
- Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
