Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and FunZone entertainment while maintaining high food quality, safety, and operational standards. Assist the General Manager in training staff, developing strategies for sales growth, minimizing waste, and controlling food and labor costs to drive profitability. Resolve guest complaints quickly and ensure all Pizza Ranch standards are followed every shift. Build community engagement through partnerships with local organizations. Reports to the General Manager. Full-time role with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
- Proven record of management, communication, and organizational skills
- Effective communicator and listener with good oral and written communication skills
- Passion for leading and developing people
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize multiple situations
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift
