Job Summary
Assist in daily studio operations, drive membership sales and retention, deliver outstanding member experience, and support team effectiveness in a Frisco, TX Body Fit Training studio. Responsibilities include membership consultations and follow-up with leads/trial members/referrals, executing sales processes to meet monthly membership goals, supporting community outreach and promotional campaigns, delivering exceptional customer service, onboarding new members, maintaining accurate records and inventory, and assisting in staff onboarding and development. Requirements include proven sales experience, strong communication/interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, highly organized, self-motivated, with preferences for experience in fitness/hospitality/retail/service industries and a passion for helping others. Offered compensation includes competitive hourly pay plus sales incentives, plus complimentary studio membership and growth opportunities.
