Job Summary
Support store operations by gathering information for operational plans, administering new product launches, and managing daily inventory counts via Excel and WebPOS. Order merchandise and ingredients while monitoring POS and credit card systems during business hours. Coordinate catering orders, manage deliveries, and handle simple repairs or equipment issues. Lead employee training, delegate duties, create work schedules, and coach staff on customer service standards. Monitor incidents, process refunds, and ensure compliance with health inspections and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED or Some College
- 2-4 year of food handling experience
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and verbal and written communication skill
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Time management, ability to prioritize
- Proficient on Point-of-Sale systems, currently Toast
- Understand the importance of cash handling and accuracy of transactions
- Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible management style, with a successful record of accomplishment of managing senior operations leaders across a large geographically decentralized portfolio
