Job Summary
Support the General Manager by administering training, managing hiring packets, and ensuring store operations remain clean and running. Administer new product launches, promotions, and seasonal events while ordering merchandise and conducting daily and monthly inventory counts. Manage the POS and credit card systems during business hours, handle catering orders, and oversee deliveries. Delegate duties to crew members, create work schedules, and coach employees on customer service standards. Monitor store inspections, address incidents, and enforce company policies to maintain high performance standards across the team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED or Some College
- 2-4 year of food handling experience
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and verbal and written communication skill
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Time management, ability to prioritize
- Proficient on Point-of-Sale systems, currently Toast
- Understand the importance of cash handling and accuracy of transactions
- Flexible, adaptive, upbeat, open and visible management style, with a successful record of accomplishment of managing senior operations leaders across a large geographically decentralized portfolio
