Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations at Papa John's Warwick, overseeing people, product, financials, and culture. You will recruit, train, and develop staff; run performance evaluations, scheduling, and conflict resolution; manage budgets, food and labor costs, and the store's P&L; uphold service standards to ensure guest satisfaction; oversee stock management, safety/compliance, promotional execution, and pricing integrity; and serve as a path to multi-unit leadership through clear development of your team and operations. Responsibilities emphasize coaching and accountability, operational excellence, and delivering hospitality-driven results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years in restaurant management or supervision
- High school diploma or GED required
- ServSafe or local/state food service certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Availability: flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
