Job Summary
Provide exceptional guest experiences through effective leadership and management of daily restaurant operations. Oversee and ensure high standards of guest service, profitability, and compliance with company policies. Duties include supervising team members, supporting both back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH) operations, managing financial procedures, conducting performance reviews, handling guest complaints, and ensuring health and safety regulations. The role requires strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment, effective communication, sales cultivation, and the ability to manage time efficiently. Must have experience in restaurant management and a commitment to maintaining guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years working in restaurant environment
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Successful completion of alcohol and food certification (ServSafe) and/or other required classes by state within 60 days of employment
- Successful completion of the CraftWorks Manager in Training program often at store or nearby location
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year working as an Assistant General Manager in a full-service restaurant environment preferred
- College degree preferred
