Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations at the Bark and Board West Midtown resort by modeling NVA values, coaching shift leads, and executing daily audits to ensure operational excellence and safety. Drive financial performance through revenue growth, cost management, and KPI tracking while supporting the General Manager on recruiting, hiring, and team retention. Manage staffing, resolve customer concerns, and execute marketing programs to grow memberships and services. Work up to 45 to 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends, with a salary range of $45,000 - $50,000. Apply by August 31st, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort leading teams in a hands-on environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work up to 45 to 50 hours per week
- Availability to work evenings
- Availability to work weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Current insurance (including comprehensive and collision)
- A vehicle you are willing to transport a pet in during an emergency
- Ability to support and influence workplace change and improvement
