Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations at the PetSuites Cumming resort by partnering with the General Manager to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and ensure consistent pet care and customer service. Coach shift leads and team members on performance metrics, execute daily audits and checklists, and lead one to two shifts per week as Manager on Duty. Resolve customer concerns with empathy, support local business relationships, and manage staffing while maintaining facility standards and safety. Review key performance indicators to take action on trends and gaps, ensuring the resort meets its documented plan for success.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 to 4 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort leading teams in a hands-on environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Availability to work up to 45 to 50 hours per week
- Availability to work evenings
- Availability to work weekends
- Valid driver's license
- Current insurance (including comprehensive and collision)
- A vehicle you are willing to transport a pet in during an emergency
- Ability to support and influence workplace change and improvement
