Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager who assists the Store Manager in daily store operations, mentors team members to deliver fast, friendly service, and ensures a great shopping experience. Responsibilities include stocking and restocking inventory, checking in vendor deliveries, assisting in training, completing shift reports and related paperwork (gas reconciliation, cigarette counts, etc.), operating electronic equipment and sales transactions, and maintaining communication across the team. Requires at least one year of retail experience, general computer knowledge, strong communication, following instructions, and the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work various shifts including weekends. 18+ with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Located in Dracut, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year retail experience
- General computer knowledge
- Must be able to read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to work any shift within store hours and weekends
