Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by mentoring team members, ensuring fast and friendly service, and maintaining facility cleanliness and safety. Assist the Store Manager with stock management, vendor deliveries, and completing required paperwork including shift reports, gas reconciliation, and cigarette counts. Train new hires and support store management as needed while ensuring all customers receive a warm, courteous welcome. This role requires working any shift within operational hours, including weekends, and involves lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for prolonged periods. Enmarket operates 128 locations across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, committed to bringing healthy food options to local communities.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain a courteous, friendly attitude
- Minimum of one year retail experience
- General computer knowledge
- Must be able to read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be able to stand at all times
- Must be able to kneel, lift and bend up to 25 (twenty-five) pounds
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
- Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store
- Must be able to work any shift within operational hours of the store and weekends
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
