Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in daily operations, mentor team members to deliver fast, friendly service and ensure customers have a great shopping experience. Responsibilities include stocking inventory, checking in vendor deliveries, performing shift reports and gas/cigarette reconciliation, assisting in training, following instructions, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds; able to work varied shifts including weekends; 18+ with a valid driver's license. The role supports store management or corporate paths and part-time or full-time opportunities are available in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Required Qualifications
- Must have minimum of one year retail experience.
- Must have general computer knowledge.
- Must be able to read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to stand at all times
- Must be able to kneel, lift and bend up to 25 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
