Job Summary
The Assistant General Manager at Chuze Fitness will lead a team of 20-30 employees, oversee daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include onboarding and training new staff, managing employee concerns in collaboration with HR, maintaining inventory processes, and assisting members with inquiries. Candidates must have 2+ years of customer service and team leadership experience, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a positive, service-based attitude. Physical requirements include the ability to lift at least 50lbs and stand for long periods.
