Job Summary
Lead the second-in-command role by collecting rent, posting receipts, managing delinquency, and achieving occupancy through personalized tours. Ensure the community's interior and exterior remain impeccable while coaching team members and respectfully covering for the GM or PM. Engage in meaningful conversations to build brand loyalty, solve customer issues with care, and maintain a professional appearance. Work weekends when prospective residents are viewing homes, taking two weekends per month with two days off during the week. This position offers a salary range of $65,000—$70,000 USD, includes bonus opportunities, and provides health, dental, and vision coverage.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in the property management, hospitality or retail industries
- Exposure to rent collection processes, budgets and account receivables
- Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A sharp professional appearance
- Competent with industry software (YARDI preferred), apps and computer programs
- Sales aptitude
- Working weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home, two weekends per month with two days off during the week
