Job Summary
Lead the restaurant leadership team by ensuring the Nando's customer journey is executed daily across all channels. Drive team development to identify future managers and maintain high standards for PERi-PERi delivery. Manage operations within a fast-paced environment while embodying brand values and motivating staff. This role includes a 3-month training plan from Day 1, a competitive bonus package, and a 4-week paid sabbatical after five years. Applicants must have previous management experience and a passion for hospitality.
