Job Summary
Drive the development of your team, spot great talent for future managers, and ensure the Nando's customer journey is executed on shift across all channels. Lead the restaurant leadership team while delivering perfect PERi-PERi experiences to customers daily. You will live and breathe our brand values, motivating and engaging staff with passion for people, food, and hospitality. This role requires previous management experience and energy to inspire a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of the leadership team, supported by a 3-month training plan and a competitive bonus package.
