Job Summary
Drive the restaurant leadership team and ensure the Nando's customer journey is executed daily across all channels. Lead and develop staff, identifying future managers while maintaining high standards for hospitality and food quality. Manage operations during shifts to deliver consistent PERi-PERi experiences to customers in both restaurants and home delivery. This role requires previous management experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a 4-week paid sabbatical after five years, a 3-month training plan from day one, and a competitive bonus package. Candidates must live and breathe the brand values of passion, pride, and people-first service.
