Job Summary
Lead the restaurant leadership team by ensuring the Nando's customer journey is executed daily across all channels and drive team development to identify future managers. Manage shifts with a focus on perfect PERi-PERi delivery, while leveraging previous management experience to inspire and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment. Operate as an integral part of the leadership team to maintain high standards of hospitality and brand values. This role includes a 3-month training plan from Day 1, a competitive bonus package, and a 4-week paid sabbatical after five years of commitment.
