Job Summary
Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Nacho Daddy Downtown leads restaurant operations in a fast-paced, party-driven environment. Responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, fostering a high-energy guest experience, maintaining service, cleanliness, and food & beverage quality, overseeing labor controls and scheduling, coaching and developing the team, conducting cost analysis and inventory management, using Excel and back-office tools to manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring smooth shift transitions and closing procedures, and driving sales and guest satisfaction to grow the Nacho Daddy brand. Requires 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and POS systems, ability to stand for 10 hours, and current work card/permits as required by the state. This is a full-time role with shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, located at Nacho Daddy – Downtown, Las Vegas, NV.
